The Cybersecurity Association of Maryland, Inc. (CAMI) Board of Directors announced the election of five new members who will help CAMI position Maryland to capitalize on the tremendous growth expected in the cybersecurity sector, mobilize the state’s unmatched cybersecurity talent for exponential growth, and stake its claim as the birthplace of the industry.
Edwards Performance Solutions President and CEO, Gina Abate, was among those elected to the CAMI Board of Directors. She is responsible for the direction, leadership, and performance of Edwards. Under her leadership, Edwards was named a Baltimore Top Workplace as named by the Baltimore Sun. Prior to joining Edwards, Gina was a Vice President at NTT Data Federal Systems (formerly Keane Federal Systems) and BAE Systems. She has 25+ years of proven leadership with executive, technical, and business management experience in the Federal Government as a Civil Servant and a commercial sector contractor.
The other newly-elected Board of Directors members are: Colonel (Ret.) Kenneth O. McCreedy, Senior Director of Cybersecurity and Aerospace in the Maryland Department of Commerce; Tim Lorello, President and CEO of SecuLore Solutions; John Williams, CEO of CyVision Technologies; and Jason Dixon, Executive Vice President at Neuberger and Company.
